GAMING TE Terms of Service

Last updated. Continued use of GAMING TE means you accept all terms on this page.

By registering at GAMING TE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please leave the site immediately.

1. Membership & Account Requirements

Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts are not allowed under any circumstances.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. Persons under 18 may only register as free members with a signed parental/guardian consent form, and are restricted to advertising units only - they may not participate in contests or receive certain prize types.

Your account must be registered under your real legal name, or the name of a legitimate registered business that you own. GAMING TE reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Never share personal details such as your location, phone number, or photos with other members via chat or messages.

2. Anti-Cheat & Bot Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using any robot, bot, script, macro, or auto-surf software to earn credits or rewards.
• Using VPN, proxy, Tor, or any IP-masking tool while surfing or interacting with the site.
• Allowing another person to use your account or surf on your behalf (credit farming).
• Exploiting any system bugs, loopholes, or unintended behavior to obtain excessive rewards - regardless of method.
• Bypassing any GAMING TE systems to gain an unfair advantage over other members.

Support tickets submitted by known cheaters will not receive a response. Admin decisions regarding cheating are final and not subject to appeal.

3. Advertising & Spam Policy

You may promote your GAMING TE referral link and approved materials only in traffic exchanges and advertising programs that explicitly permit such promotion. Any form of spam - including unsolicited emails, forum posts, or social media abuse - is strictly forbidden and may result in account termination and potential legal action.

You are solely responsible for the content you promote through GAMING TE. This includes ensuring you have the legal rights to any URL, image, or material you submit. GAMING TE is not liable for any copyright infringement, legal violations, or third-party agreement breaches arising from your advertising activity.

You may not use GAMING TE's messaging or PM system to solicit money or credits from other members.

Splash pages, artwork, and graphics are the intellectual property of their creators. Do not use other members' creative materials without explicit permission. Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

4. URL Submission Rules

Review these rules carefully before submitting any URL to GAMING TE. Violations may result in deletion of your submitted sites, loss of associated credits, and possible account termination.

Prohibited content includes:

• Sites involving illegal activity of any kind.
• Frame-breaking sites or pages that attempt to escape the surf frame.
• Sites containing viruses, trojans, spyware, or malicious code.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Pop-ups, pop-unders, hidden iframes, or automatic downloads.
• Autoplay audio or video (media must remain off by default).
• HYIPs, investment autosurfs, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, cash-gifting, or "get rich quick" programs - these are illegal in most countries.
• Randomizers, matrices, revshares, or unregulated profit-sharing schemes.
• PTC, BUX, or paid-to-click sites.
• Sites primarily in a non-English language, unless a visible translation option is provided.
• Hate speech, offensive content, spam pages, or sites with domains listed for sale.
• Duplicate or near-identical splash pages created to game the system.
• Rotators or trackers that do not include a visible "Report Site" button. Rotators may contain no more than 5 links.
• Coops that do not comply fully with these terms.

GAMING TE reserves the right to remove any URL deemed inappropriate, questionable, or in violation of the spirit of these rules, at admin's sole discretion.

Members who attempt to bypass URL restrictions by submitting banned or flagged content through blogs, splash pages, rotators, or any other workaround will be permanently suspended with no refunds.

5. Payouts & Payments

Payout eligibility is available to upgraded members only, once a minimum balance of $10.00 has been reached. Payout requests are subject to a $30 limit per cycle while reserves are replenished; higher balances may be requested in future payout periods.

Payouts are processed via Coinbase, Wise, Zelle, or Cash App. PayPal and Uphold are not supported.

All payout requests must be submitted via a support ticket and include all required payment details. Payment processing may take up to 30 days. Payments are typically issued every other Thursday (West Coast USA time).

Your payout must be issued to your legal name. US-based members earning $600 or more in a calendar year will be required to submit a W-9 form before payment is issued.

Non-upgraded members may not cash out surf prizes. Such prizes must be applied toward advertising credits or membership upgrades.

Any payment chargebacks or disputes filed through your payment provider will result in immediate account suspension and may trigger a central ban across the LFM network.

6. Referral Contests

Contest referral counts are based only on referrals who have activated their account and surfed at least 100 pages. Referrals who unsubscribe or become inactive during a contest period do not count toward your total.

7. Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

Members agree not to use GAMING TE for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The following behaviors will result in suspension or permanent removal:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member or admin.
• Posting or distributing libelous, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts, passwords, or private information.
• Creating multiple accounts to defraud the site or manipulate contest results.
• Posting copyrighted content without proper rights or attribution.
• Using auto-responder email services that block messages sent from GAMING TE.
• Refusing or persistently failing to read admin emails sent via GAMING TE.

Claiming rewards and prizes is the member's own responsibility. Admin will not manually claim rewards on your behalf.

8. Privacy Policy

GAMING TE will never rent, sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by applicable law.

9. Relationship of Parties

You and GAMING TE operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture of any kind. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on earnings received through GAMING TE.

10. General & Admin Rights

By registering, you agree to receive administrative emails from GAMING TE. Unsubscribing from admin emails will result in account suspension until you request re-subscription via support ticket.

Admin decisions regarding suspensions, bans, rule violations, and account standing are final. GAMING TE reserves the right to suspend or remove any account for fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or harmful activity, at any time and without prior notice.

GAMING TE reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must leave GAMING TE immediately.
